911 dispatcher breaks rules to save tot's life

During a call about a toddler who wasn't breathing, a 911 dispatcher guided the

family through CPR, despite his police department's lack of certification. That's a very good one. Sometimes you just have to break or bend rules to save a precious life. We say BRAVO to him.
